A harder crisper product that we offer in a wide variety of flavours, colours and sizes. In balls, we offer anything from 4mm right through to 15mm, including half ball options. In chips, we make anything from 0-2mm dust up to 8-12mm+. These chips are made as either a shard-like shape or broken balls.
All products in our boiled range can be barrier coated with Fat or Cocoa Butter as a protection from moisture. Chocolate (Milk, Dark or White, Compound or Real) is another coating option.
The flavour and colour options are almost unlimited – how about adding some interest to your next ice cream with some Maple Bacon? Or get on the Salted Caramel wave? What about a burst of crunchy citrus in your next chocolate bar? A touch of Chilli?
