Occasionally, there are a few questions that pop up more often than others.

We have collected them here. If you have questions that are not answered, don’t hesitate to ask us. We are happy to help!

What is the minimum order quantity for inclusions?

Our standard minimum order quantity is 200 kg, but we have flexibility for launches or trials.

What is the lead time for an inclusions order?

It depends on the delivery location.  4 (Four) weeks for NZ and Eight (8) weeks for Australian delivery.

Can you make something special for us?

We love working on interesting and new products.

Do you ship internationally?

YES, we have containers regularly travelling to Australia.
For all other destinations, best value freight is in full container load volumes.

Do you have a factory shop?

No, we do not have a factory shop.

Where is your factory?

We are based in Pahiatua, NZ. The factory does not currently offer public sales or tours.

Do you make any retail products?

We focus on the manufacture of quality food inclusions and do not offer any retail products. We do have a branch of branded promotional lollies, available from their own website.
