  • What is your Minimum Order Quantity for inclusions? 

    200 kg, but we have flexibility for launches or trials. 


  • What is the lead time for an inclusions order?

     It depends on the delivery location. Four weeks for NZ and eight weeks for Australian delivery.
  • Can you make something special for us?

    We love working on interesting and new products. 

Custom Branded Promotional Bags

  • What is the minimum order size?

    For our most popular sizes (40g & 70g bags) the minimum order per confectionery type or artwork is 500 bags. Larger bags (130 & 300g) have a minimum of 250 bags per artwork or confectionery.

  • What is the standard lead time for my Promotional Bagged Lolly order?

    We have a delivery target of 2 weeks from order confirmation.  Occasionally we can have shorter turnarounds on production and delivery, so please ask.

  • Can I have more than one colour on the bag? 

    Our printing process for branded promotional bags means that we can print on the bag in black OR white. If you wish to have a full-colour artwork instead, we can also provide and apply full-colour labels at a charge of $0.10 + GST per bag for our popular 40g & 70g range. Labels are included in our larger 130g & 300g sizes.

  • Where can I find your products?

    Kiwiland Confectionery is stocked in NZ by The Warehouse, Countdown and available to stock by New World, Four Square, and Pak'n'Save Stores. It is also carried by other quality retailers, including many GAS locations.

    If you don't see your favourites on the shelves at your local store, please ask them to bring it in for you.

    Alternatively, we have cases (40 retail bags of 130g) of Kiwiland Confectionery favourites available to purchase in our online store.

  • What sort of gelatine do you use in your Choc Hokey Pokey?

    We use Halal suitable beef gelatine. 


  • Do you ship internationally?

    Our online shop currently only ships to NZ.

    For larger orders, bulk, inclusion & promotional product customers, YES, we have containers regularly travelling to Australia, and we send parcels/products internationally. Please contact us for a quote. 

  • I have a complaint/compliment/suggestion.

  • Do you have a Factory Shop?

    No, we do not have a factory shop. Our Kiwiland retail range is available in the local supermarket if you find yourself in the area craving a tasty treat.

  • Where is your factory?

    We are based in Pahiatua, NZ. The factory does not currently offer public sales or tours.
